How govt. will be there in Delhi now as hung assembly is there now

Its a big question now ..........when and how govt . will be there in Delhi now as no one has majority and there are no chances for anyone to form a good govt. in delhi.
Main thing is stability of govt. if bjp form govt. will it be stable thats the question right now.
Aam Aadmi party is not going to take or support anyone then , there are chances of re-rlections in delhi now.
Lets see wait and watch what happen now.
It may take a week to a fortnight for a final picture to emerge. The lieutenant governor's office received the official notification through chief secretary D M Spolia on Tuesday. If no party is able to form a government with the magic figure of 36 MLAs, Jung will use his discretionary powers to approach the President and seek imposition of President's rule. The President will then decide whether to dissolve the assembly or put it in suspended animation till a decision on declaration of fresh polls is taken.

Once President's rule is declared, the bureaucracy—led by chief secretary D M Spolia and all department heads—will drive the administration and go to Jung for all major decisions. The lieutenant governor will assume the role of a functional head of the state in the absence of the chief minister and the council of ministers.

Experts point out that imposition of President's rule is different for a state like Delhi which is a Union territory with a legislature. Before 1993, when Delhi was just a Union territory without a legislature, the lieutenant governor was the head of the state and the administration was run by the chief secretary and the secretaries of the departments. Law and order, policing and land are still under LG as Centre holds the ultimate decision-making power on these subjects. All other administrative matters will now come under him. The 2014-15 budget will also have to be prepared under his supervision and tabled in Parliament for approval.

The legislators elected to the 70-member assembly, who will be entitled to salaries and perks, can get development funds only after taking oath as MLA. With no House in session, Jung may administer oath to the senior-most MLA of the single-largest party for appointment as pro-tem Speaker, who will administer oath to other legislators.

With the Lok Sabha elections likely in April-May, the code of conduct, which will lapse on December 12 for the December 4 assembly polls, will come back into force again sometime in March, stalling all policy planning. If Delhi has to go for a fresh poll at the same time, there is not enough time to empower the new MLAs with development funds to execute works in their areas.

Harsh Vardhan named BJP's CM candidate for Delhi

Ending uncertainty, the BJP on Wednesday (Oct 23) named Harsh Vardhan as the party's Chief Ministerial candidate for the December 4 Delhi Assembly elections despite opposition by city unit chief Vijay Goel who had staked claim for the post.

The decision was taken at a meeting of party's Parliamentary Board New Delhi.

Party president Rajnath Singh made the announcement at press conference and said the decision was unanimous and that Goel also consented to it.

Singh was flanked by several senior leaders including veteran L K Advani, senior leaders Sushma Swaraj, Arun Jaitley, Ananth Kumar and Delhi Election in-charge Nitin Gadkari. Goel and Vardhan were also both present at the press conference.

All members of the Parliamentary Board were in the meeting except Narendra Modi who has given his consent to the decision, party sources said.

FEW REASONS WHY MY VOTE WILL GO TO THE BJP IN DELHI

The Delhi elections are just around the corner and it is time for us to make a choice. Here are some good reasons why you might like to consider giving your vote to the BJP:

  1. Anti incumbency:  BJP possibly is the only real answer to the anti incumbency in Delhi. As per most surveys, BJP is emerging as the single largest party in the elections and it is important to give it a clear majority unless we want a hung assembly.   http://articles.economictimes.indiatimes.com/2013-09-23/news/42324234_1_aam-aadmi-party-electricity-tariff-aap Even the articles praising Mr Kejriwal agree that the Aam Aadmi Party is likely to get <10 seats and will come in third. http://www.firstpost.com/politics/the-quiet-genius-of-arvind-kejriwal-how-aap-stormed-delhi-1120105.html To be fair, this is actually a remarkable debut but in reality does nothing for Delhi except for fracturing a mandate which is never good in a democracy like ours as it leads to further policy paralysis.
  2. Politics of Solution: With a vision document drafted with the help of experts in the respective fields, BJP is the only party that has real and plausible solutions to the society’s problems. While the BJP understands that asking questions is important, it seems to be the only party who is really thinking about the solutions to specific problems.   http://www.bjpdelhi.org/beta/delhi-reports.php As can be seen, the BJP has well detailed plans to tackle all the major issues concerning our city.
  3. Administrative Experience: The party president Vijay Goel was a workhorse in the Vajpayee government who made sure the bureaucrats did their job on time.http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.599632216744178.1073741851.439426972764704&type=3  Dr Harsh Vardhan started the polio eradication program as the health minister of Delhi, which later on was adopted by the Union government.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harsh_Vardhan_(Delhi_politician) These are two of the top contenders for the post of Chief Ministership of Delhi. Both are excellent alternatives.
  4. The Modi factor: In case Narendra Modi, does become the PM of the country, the city of Delhi will be much better off with a BJP government in the state as the coordination between the union government and the state government will be better. The CM of Delhi will not get a chance to pass the buck on the union government if there is a law and order problem. Besides, if you are already a NaMo supporter, you might like to help his chances by setting a trend for the BJP in the assembly elections.
  5. Good people support the BJP: With the induction of Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore and the merging of Subramaniam Swamy with the BJP, we now also have 2 good people who are fighting for the cause of clean sports and clean politics. Mr Swamy was instrumental in fighting the 2G case and is responsible for bringing accountability in the EVMs. Even General VK Singh has shared the dias with Modi and is looking like a BJP supporter. Even Dr Kiran Bedi supports Narendra Modi.  http://english.globalgujaratnews.com/article/modi-is-a-better-pm-candidate-kiran-bedi/

MODI’S GUJARAT VS NITISH KUMAR’S BIHAR: TALE OF TWO CHIEF MINISTERS

MODI’S GUJARAT VS NITISH KUMAR’S BIHAR: TALE OF TWO CHIEF MINISTERS

NITISH KUMAR’S BIHAR

I am a businessman Born and brought up in Bihar. We are in international business and have our set up in Karnataka and Tamilnadu. I had left home in 1983 for studies. I am having 19 years of international exposure in the field of advance agriculture, protected cultivation and greenhouse technology.

I was very happy when Mr. Nitish Kumar was elected 2nd term as a chief minister. The desire to serve the mother land made me write letter after letter on how I could make a difference in development of Agriculture in that state. I wrote four letters to the chief minister’s office and never got any response. On several occasions I wrote letters to the Secretary Agriculture trying to fix appointment to meet her. No one ever responded.

After lot of effort and pulling all the strings I got an appointment with Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh (APC).I had prepared a presentation on the how Agriculture in Bihar could be transformed. The meeting got abruptly over in 30 seconds with a blunt reply from the APC “Bihar me development ka kam hum logon ka hai, ap log company wale hain apna kam kijiye, we don’t have to learn anything from you guys”

This was the abrupt end of my short love affair with the mother land. The arrogance and humiliation by the bureaucracy was enough for me not to visit the state again ever since.

NARENDRA MODI’S GUJARAT

Our principals in Israel intend to set up a manufacturing plant in India. To explore the possibilities to set up this factory in Gujarat I wrote a letter to the office of Honorable Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Exactly after two days I got a call from the chief ministers office asking what was our expectation from the state? I was also informed that my one to one meeting for 15 minutes was fixed with Mr. Modi at 4.30 PM after 2 days. I really could not believe it.
On the scheduled date I got another call from CM’s office reconfirming our meeting at 4.30 PMand venue of the meeting. I did not really believe that it will be one to one meeting. My perception was that probably Honorable Chief Minister will be there with his entire team of bureaucrats and it will never be a one to one meeting. I was quite nervous as never before I had met any person of the stature of Shri Narendra Modi.

Honorable Chief Minister Mr. Modi was busy with Vibrant Gujarat Summit so our meeting got little delayed. After the summit was over Modi ji arrived at the venue of our meeting. I was sent inside in a room where Besides Chief Minister only Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary Agriculture were present. I was greeted by Shri Modi ji by my first name. His humbleness immediately comforted me. He won me over with his simplicity. He kept on speaking to me on different topics of mutual interest. What a keen learner he is?
When the meeting got over I expressed the desire to get photographed with him. He called his photographer got our pictures clicked. We were given the business card of Officer on special duty of CM, Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary Agriculture with an assurance that we could directly approach them in case we need any help.

After two days of the meeting our pictures with the chief minister was mailed to my personal ID. We get regular follow ups from the CM’s office about progress with our work and project.
Have you come across any Govt. Machinery functioning is so differently? It was a heart pleasing and motivating experience to meet this great person.

I leave it for the readers to judge the difference between two Chief Ministers approach towards Industry and common man. I don’t belong to any political party. Just thought of sharing my firsthand experience with two contrasting chief ministers.

You are not even a competition Mr. Nitish Kumar

We must use Swadeshi Products to boost Indian Economy, Boycott Chinese Products

Dear Fellows and Country man, WE MUST USE INDIAN GOODS TO BOOST INDIAN ECONOMY And we must BOYCOTT CHINESE GOODS.

Our Indian economy and Industry is going through financial crisis these days.
One main reason behind this is we using Chinese Goods at large.
Some just buy Chinese goods as its cheaper than Indian and little more attractive.
"India is a huge market for China. Chinese goods worth millions of dollars are sold in India; we should boycott the use of these products,"

But main thing which we neglect is quality, Indian quality is better, we see toys, hosiery products, electronic goods, clothes and many more things even chappals, shoes also coming from China into India.

So when we buy any Chinese product , we are making our Indian economy weaker and making Chinese economy stronger, But China is not fair with India, China is everyday

The study says ....
The Indian toy industry has been more or less wiped out due to the dumping of cheap Chinese toys produced mainly by the Chinese Military Industrial Complex of the People's Liberation Army (PLA). In the last few years, many manufacturing units in India have been closed down due to this competition. Some companies have adopted the next best line of action by joining the enemy. Many Indian companies have already shifted their production bases from small Indian towns and villages to China. This has resulted in unemployment for lakhs of workers, pushing them to the brink of starvation. China's steady entry into our textile, food, information-technology, pharmaceutical, automobile and other sectors may result in the collapse of many Indian industries -- in both organised and unorganised sectors.
Business is everything! In 1998, the New York police busted a racket of some senior Chinese officials involved in the sale of the organs of executed prisoners for transplantation. It is estimated that more than one crore people work in thousands of forced labour camps across China. This includes a big majority of 'political' prisoners. China tops the world with more than 2,300 executions per year. Most of the executions take place in front of crowds inside sports stadiums or public squares in the most preferred way -- 'a bullet to the back of the head,' because it does not contaminate the prisoners' organs with poisonous chemicals, as lethal injections do. Remember that every time you buy a product 'Made In China,' you are funding and empowering a brutal regime. We request you to boycott Chinese goods to save and protect the Indian industry.

Spread the word. Take a pledge that you will not buy, use or sell any product 'Made In China'.

NSSO surveys show that the proportion of hungry people fell from 15.3% in 1983 to 2% in 2004. By now

NSSO surveys show that the proportion of hungry people fell from 15.3%
in 1983 to 2% in 2004. By now, it is probably 1%. So, forget the
notion that hungry Indians are crying out for cheap grain.

Per-capita consumption of cereals has fallen steadily in all income
groups, including the poorest. They are shifting to superior foods:
proteins, milk and tea.

NDA government has launched the Antyodaya programme for the very
poorest back in 2000, providing wheat at 2 and rice at 3 per kg. The
Bill simply repeats the dose - nothing new at all for the poorest.

-Arvind Panagariya and Jagdish Bhagwati's book India's Tryst with
Destiny reveals that WHO norms for malnutrition, widely cited by other
economists like Amartya Sen, are laughably faulty.

-The last National Family Health Survey showed that, by WHO norms, 15%
of even Indian elite children were stunted! Kerala's life expectancy
is 74 years and infant mortality is 12 per-thousand births.

-Senegal, Africa, has life expectancy of 61 years and infant mortality
of 51 per-thousand births. Yet, according to WHO norms, 25% of
Kerala's children are stunted against only 20% in Senegal. Ridiculous!
Indians are just shorter than Africans, not more "stunted".

-Indians do indeed suffer from very high levels of anaemia, even among
the richest, one-third. Pregnant mothers and children suffer from
protein shortages. If drinking water is unclean and bacterial, people
cannot absorb additional calories even if fed more food.

-Clearly, better nutrition requires clean drinking water more than
cheap cereals. It also needs additional protein, iron and vitamins.
These could be supplied through ultra-cheap soybean flour fortified
with iron and vitamins.

-But solving malnutrition this way will not get many votes. Sonia
Gandhi would rather seek more votes through a subsidy covering
two-thirds of all voters. Hence the Bill.

-Many states already provide cereals more cheaply than the Bill. Tamil
Nadu provides 20 kg of free rice to poor families.

-Other southern states provide rice at 1 per kg. Chhattisgarh, Madhya
Pradesh and Rajasthan are going to have state elections, and all three
now offer wheat or rice at 1 per kg.

-So, in several states, the additional subsidy of the Bill will not
mean cheaper food for consumers, simply less subsidy at the state
level.

-Forget all rhetoric about the Bill being a pathbreaker. Advocates say
people now have a legal right to food. Really? So everybody turned
back by a ration shop is going to register a police case? And the
courts will hear all these cases though they don't have the time to
deal with murder and rape in less than 10 years? Fantasy!

Delhi BJP organizes volunteers' meet of netizens, draws huge support, youth pledge to oust Congress

In yet another unique initiative involving effective use of social media, the Delhi BJP today organized yesterday a volunteers’ meet to discuss a positive agenda for Delhi . The meet was attended by more than 100 volunteers who came in touch with party’s effort to tap netizens for consolidating and strengthening its support base amongst netizens in Delhi.

In this interactive gathering, the volunteers interacted with the Delhi BJP President Shri Vijay Goel and expressed their views as well as aired their concerns about the current state of affairs in Delhi due to failure of Congress government on all fronts. Many of them offered to work full time for BJP till assembly polls. The participants were unanimous that the Congress government in Delhi has become the symbol of rot in the prevailing anti-people system of governance in Delhi and hence it must be ousted.

A series of such meetings are underway at different levels within the party. A large number of youth have participated in them so far. The party is planning to organize such meets at district levels in days to come to take down the message of BJP effectively.

The court said marriage formalities as per various religious customs such as the tying of a mangalsutra, the exchange of garlands and rings or the registering of a marriage were only to comply with religious customs for the satisfaction of society. The court further said if necessary either party to a relationship could approach a Family Court for a declaration of marital status by supplying documentary proof for a sexual relationship. Once such a declaration was obtained, a woman could establish herself as the man's wife in government records. The court also said if after having a sexual relationship, the couple decided to separate due to difference of opinion, the 'husband' could not marry without getting a decree of divorce from the 'wife'. Justice C.S. Karnan passed the order yesterday while modifying an April 2006 judgment of a Coimbatore family court in a maintenance case involving a couple, The Hindu reports. The lower court had ordered the man to pay monthly maintenance of Rs. 500 to the couple's two children and Rs. 1000 as litigation expenses. The lower court observed that the woman's wedding with the man had not been proved by documentary evidence. Hence, she was not entitled to maintenance. In her appeal to the High Court, the woman's counsel contended that she was legally married and had two children in wedlock. (ANI)

Madras High Court has, in a judgement, said if any unmarried couple of the right legal age "indulge in sexual gratification," this will be considered a valid marriage and they could be termed "husband and wife."

Chennai, June 18 (ANI): In what can be seen as a new twist to the concept of premarital sex, the Madras High Court has in a judgement said if any unmarried couple of the right legal age "indulge in sexual gratification," this will be considered a valid marriage and they could be termed "husband and wife.

The court said that if a bachelor has completed 21 years of age and an unmarried woman 18 years, they have acquired the freedom of choice guaranteed by the Constitution. "Consequently, if any couple choose to consummate their sexual cravings, then that act becomes a total commitment with adherence to all consequences that may follow, except on certain exceptional considerations."

Delhi airport flooded, passengers wade through water

Heavy rain on Sunday flooded the domestic and international arrival halls at the Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) — recently adjudged the second-best airport in the world.

At the domestic arrival hall, three baggage belts had to be closed. Customs officials too had to close down the baggage X-ray machine as water reached inside the green channel area. According to Met officials, rainfall at the airport was three times more than in the city.

Sources confirmed that water had reached up to customs area at the international arrival hall of T3. Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) immediately pressed its staff into clearing the water. Many flights were delayed and a few were diverted due to bad weather.

Congress organizational change for making it more stronger and gearing up for next Lok Sabha Polls

In major organization changes in Congress many many changes has happened its due to Next Lok Sabha Elections , giving party a new and stronger look.
In an exercise influenced byRahul Gandhi, a much-awaited Congress organizational revamp on Sunday saw the elevation of leaders seen to be close to him, removal of some non-performers while trusted hands continue to retain charge of important party tasks.

Changes in the organization are linked to a comprehensive ministerial reshuffle scheduled for Monday evening aimed at filling vacancies like railways, highways, housing and urban development.

Taken together, the AICC and ministerial reshuffles aim to set Congress's election machinery in motion with a focus on poll preparations in states and filling of important Cabinet berths. Sources said eight new names - four each in cabinet and MoS level — could be inducted.

Oscar Fernandes, Birender Singh, Girija Vyas and Sisram Ola could be the cabinet picks while Manikrao Gavit, J D Seelam, EMS Natchiappan and Santosh Choudhury could be junior ministers. Besides, cabinet minister for labour Mallikarjuna Kharge could be shifted to the key railways ministry. Fernandes could be in the highways ministry vacated by CP Joshi who was inducted as general secretary in AICC in the Sunday reshuffle.

The Congress leadership seems intent on beaming a business-like message of a party getting down to brass tracks while main rival BJP remains convulsed by Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi's elevation as campaign head.

Congress's organizational changes have been in the works since Rahul was named vice-president and heir imminent at the Jaipur 'chintan shivir' in January.

Senior leader Ambika Soni, who left the government in October last year, has been given charge of a newly created Congress president's office. This gives her a role in Congress chief Sonia Gandhi's interface with the party as well as government.

Ahmed Patel continues to be political secretary to the Congress president with an overarching role as a key aide to Sonia.

Ajay Maken and C P Joshi, who quit the government, have been given significant assignments. Maken replaces long time media incharge Janardan Dwivedi as head of communications and Joshi is in charge of Assam, Bihar and West Bengal.

Rahul's vote of confidence in the two leaders is being read with a diminished role for Dwivedi and the exit of veteran Oscar Fernandes from AICC.

There was some speculation on Jitin Prasada being considered for independent charge. The changes may see some seniors like health minister Ghulam Nabi Azad given a new portfolio.

Elevation of younger leaders like Milind Deora to independent charge and induction of Mandsaur MP Meenakshi Natarajan is also seen as a possibility. There are numerous vacancies at the minister of state level in the wake of DMK pullout of UPA.

The fairly exhaustive organizational exercise touches management of states deeply, with Rahul seen to have got rid of some of the deadwood. Care, however, has been taken in ensuring tried and trusted organizational hands like Mukul Wasnik, B K Hariprasad and Digvijay Singh retain key jobs. Shakeel Ahmed has got the charge of Delhi and neighbouring Haryana and Punjab.

On the other hand, non-performers like Gulchain Charak and Birender Singh were shown the door. Delhi leader Jagdish Tytler is also out. Gujarat's Madhusudan Mistry has got a leg up as has Mumbai leader Gurudas Kamat who has been rehabilitated.

AICC also announced screening panels to select candidates for MP, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Rajasthan and Mizoram, a rare urgency by party standards for polls scheduled for November.

The changes are linked to Congress's bid to appear focused ahead of election. Many attached importance to the Congress decision to effect the AICC rejig on the day BJP faced a high-voltage divorce with its old ally in Bihar, JD(U), and ouster from the state government.

To observers, it makes political sense that Rahul is seen to have complete control of the ruling dispensation while there are differences in BJP over Modi's elevation as poll mascot.

Assigning the tricky Andhra Pradesh to Digvijay Singh also bears the trust of Rahul although he has been kept away from UP.

JD (U) Left NDA , And Sharad Yadav Resigns as Convener of NDA ....Bihar JD(U) and BJP Coalition Break

So finally JD(U) Left NDA , and in BIHAR, JD(U) Break Coalition with BJP.

I Think this is good for country and for Bihar and for BJP too. This is bad news right now for the moments, but it will have good results in future in political arena of India, Bihar.

As JD(U) alone can not win elections on its own in any part of INDIA and even in Bihar they won the election with help of BJP So it was not only JD(U) Govt. there in Bihar it was BJP also with them...I Think Sharad Yadav and Nitish Kumar have become selfish and are not broadminded.........So if they now join any new Combination , again they will do same, as they are biggest opportunist of this country.

Any way , Indian people are not fool, now all voters are well educated, they know whom to vote , whom to not.........IF YOU AGAIN THINK AND RECALL, the coalition in CENTER in Indian UPA Govt. what has happened due to coalition, Congress say they many times are not free to take good decisions in favor of the country and everyone know that this present Govt. is Most Corrupted Govt., This is all due to Coalition as this UPA Govt. which is mainly headed by Congress is unable to take independent decisions , they feel pressures from other partners too.

So friends and people of India, I appeal to all of you, DO NOT VOTE REGIONAL PARTIES IN ANY LOK SABHA ELECTION.
As may be in Assembly elections its ok for giving vote to Regional Parties, but when its about Nation , they must VOTE FOR BJP  or Congress only as these are the two only NATIONAL PARTIES and can give stable Govt. and if they have majority on its own they will never feel any pressure and can take independent decisions and can not blame other partners in Govt.

So this break up between JD(U) is not going to give any benefit to them. BJP is now safe as they gone, I feel BJP Will get more votes now in Bihar and in other states, as Alone BJP can get majority in National Lok Sabha.
So no need of any combination. Let Regional parties fight elections on their own.
So in National Interest, National Parties must fight election on their own.
